SCAN COPY UNDER 3 HOURS
If the order/approval upon draft has been received within the cut-off time of 3:30 PM then the scan shall be provided on same-day (within 2 hours from order/approval received).
If the Order/approval upon draft has been received after the cut-off time of 3:30 PM then the scan shall be provided by next working day (within 2 hours starting from 10 am onwards).
NOTE :
Our working days are: Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm)
SCAN COPY BY EVENING
If the order/approval upon draft has been received within the cut-off time of 3:30 PM then the scan shall be provided on same-day (by 7 pm).
If the Order/approval upon draft has been received after the cut-off time of 3:30 PM then the scan shall be provided by next working day (by 7 pm).
NOTE :
Our working days are: Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm)
TIMELINES FOR STANDARD COURIER
For delivery within city : 2-3 working days (Depending upon Location)
For delivery outside city : 3-4 Working Days (Depending upon Location)
Please Note that the Cut-off time to dispatch the Orders on same day is 3:30 PM and applicable on Working Days. If Orders/Approval upon draft received after the cut-off time and/or in Non-Working Days then it will be processed and dispatched on the Next Working Day. Also, due to some operational issues courier service is not available in Bihar.
