DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR GPA Holder/Agreement to Sell OF DDA FLAT
- Demand Letter or Demand-cum-Allotment Letter
- DDA Possession Letter
- NOC for Electricity and Water
- DDA Site Possession
- In the case of Allotment on Cash Down basis, allottee has to deposit the Initial Deposit Challan
- In the Case of Allotment on Hire Purchase basis, allottee has to submit the copy of the No Dues Certificate issued by the DDA Accounts Department or copy of all the monthly installments and Initial Deposit Challan
- Physical Possession
- Any of the two Addresses Proof Document is required (Passport, Voter I-Card, Adhaar Card, Nationalized Bank Passbook, Electricity Bill etc.)
- The Address Proof Document must be same as the address of Property which you are applying for Freehold
- General Power of Attorney
- Agreement to Sell
- Payment Receipt
(Copies of Complete chain of Power of Attorneys along with Agreement to Sell and Receipt)
(NOC is required from the mortgagee in case the flat is mortgaged)
Note:- * The DDA allowed the Documents (GPA, Agreement to Sell and Receipt) dated before 24th Sept. 2001 can be attested either through Notary Public or Registered from Sub- Registrar Office but after 23rd Sept. 2001, the Agreement to Sell must be registered from Sub-Registrar Office with Stamp Duty paid and General Power of Attorney must be registered from Sub-Registrar Office.

- One Photograph for DDA Application Form
- One Photograph for Specimen Signature Form
- Four Photographs for Conveyance Deed
- One Photograph at the time of Execution of Conveyance Deed
- Online Payment of Conversion Charges
