I felt that the services from the edrafter was good.

Good experience, opted for name change service and initially had a call with one their executives to understand the process. We get assigned with one of the expert (Pushpendra Singh in my case). He was helpful in getting the process done and all the communication happens on email. They have expertise of the process and would definitely recommend their services for the name change.

I opted for an " Agreement to Sell" on stamp paper and opted for esign as well. They sent me scanned copy of BLANK stamp paper and asked me to sign. When I raised a complaint they promised a refund and asked me to remove negative review. When I removed negative review, they refunded only 10% of the amount. Instead of agreement they shared only blank paper. Case was handled by SHUBHAM SHARMA
